Espro Injection Foam: Technical Specifications

Espro Injection Foam is a high-performance, two-component polyurethane system consisting of Isocyanate and Polyol. Engineered specifically for injection applications, it creates a high-density, closed-cell structure that provides superior thermal insulation and structural reinforcement.

Expansion & Chemical Reaction

Upon injection, the two components initiate a precise chemical reaction, expanding into a rigid material 30–40 times its liquid volume. This rapid expansion allows the foam to penetrate deep into hidden voids, nooks, and complex cavities, ensuring a seamless and airtight seal.
